Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is a lot better than Xiaomi Poco M3's 78.2 general score. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's design is a bit thinner but heavier than Xiaomi Poco M3, and they were released with only 9 months difference. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 13 version and Xiaomi Poco M3 has Android 10 version, so it gives a lot of extra features.
