Galaxy S25 is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Poco M3, with a global score of 82.6 against 78.2. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S25 has newer 14 version while Xiaomi Poco M3 has Android 10. Galaxy S25's design is lighter and notably thinner than Xiaomi Poco M3.
Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with a very superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy S25, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Galaxy S25 features a much better display than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have the same 1080 x 2340 resolution, the Galaxy S25 also counts with a little better display pixels density.

Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with a much better battery lifetime than Galaxy S25, because it has a 6000mAh battery size against 4000mAh.
Although Galaxy S25 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Poco M3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Poco M3. If you want to save some dollars, you can get Xiaomi Poco M3, giving up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
