The Xiaomi Poco M3 has a general score of 78.2, which is a bit better than Galaxy S7 edge's 78.1 score. Xiaomi Poco M3 is a newer device than Galaxy S7 edge, although it is a lot thicker and noticeably heavier. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Poco M3 has older 10 version and Galaxy S7 edge has Android 8.0 Oreo.
