The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has a global score of 91.1, which is much better than the Xiaomi Poco M3's overall score of 78.2. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition's body is heavier but way thinner than the Xiaomi Poco M3. Both of these phones have Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has 14 version while Xiaomi Poco M3 has Android 10 version, so it gives lots of additional features and improved performance.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 features a really superior performance than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, although it has less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition counts with a sharper screen than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has a quite worse display pixels density, it also counts with a better 1968 x 2184 resolution and a bigger display.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition counts with a much bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 448 GB more internal memory. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Xiaomi Poco M3, resigning some features and specifications.
