The Xiaomi 12 Pro has a global score of 79.6, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Poco M3's global score of 78.2. These phones have Android OS, but the Xiaomi 12 Pro has the newer 12 version and Xiaomi Poco M3 has Android 10. The Xiaomi 12 Pro construction is newer and somewhat thinner, but just a little bit heavier than Xiaomi Poco M3.
Xiaomi Poco M3 has a much better performing CPU than Xiaomi 12 Pro, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Xiaomi 12 Pro counts with a brighter screen than Xiaomi Poco M3, because it has a higher screen pixels density, a quite larger screen and a better 1440 x 3200 resolution.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 features a quite bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi 12 Pro, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with an external memory card slot that holds up to 512 GB. The Xiaomi 12 Pro takes better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for shooting photos in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a way larger back-facing camera sensor taking way higher quality videos and photos, a more MP back-facing camera and a lot higher 7680x4320 video quality.
Xiaomi Poco M3 has longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi 12 Pro, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4600mAh.
