Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite is slightly better than Xiaomi Poco M3, having an 81.2 score against 78.2. Both of these phones include the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding operating system features. Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite's construction is a little bit thinner but a little heavier than Xiaomi Poco M3, and both of them were only released with a few months difference.
Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite counts with just a bit better performance than Xiaomi Poco M3, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Xiaomi Poco M3 and the Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite count with similar displays, because although the Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite has a little bit lower display pixel density, it also counts with a quite better 1080 x 2400px resolution and a little bigger screen.
Xiaomi Poco M3 has a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite, because although it has a lot worse (Full HD) video resolution, a camera in the back with a way worse resolution and a tinier back camera sensor which offers a lower image and video quality, it also counts with a larger camera aperture to capture better photography and video in low light environments.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 features a very superior storage to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Xiaomi Poco M3 features improved battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite, because it has a 24% larger battery capacity.
