Xiaomi Poco M3 is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, having a general score of 78.2 against 78.1. Although the Xiaomi Poco M3 is incredibly newer than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, it is heavier and thicker. Both phones in this review come with Android OS, but Xiaomi Poco M3 has 10 version while Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus features a CPU that's very similar to the Xiaomi Poco M3 one, because although the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with more RAM memory. Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has just a bit better looking display than Xiaomi Poco M3, although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920px, a little bit smaller display and a little lower pixels number per inch in the display.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 has a quite bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 512 GB. The Xiaomi Poco M3 features a much better battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3800mAh.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 takes much better photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also has a lot larger sensor which offers a way better image and video quality, a camera with a lot higher 48 mega-pixels resolution and a larger aperture.
