Comparison review
Xiaomi Poco M3 has an overall score of 78.2, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Max's 77.5 general score. The Xiaomi Poco M3 design is much newer and just a little bit lighter than the Xiaomi Mi Max's, but it is also much thicker. Xiaomi Poco M3 features a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi Max, because it has a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2340, a bit bigger screen and a little greater pixel quantity per display inch.
Xiaomi Poco M3 features a bit more powerful CPU than Xiaomi Mi Max. They have 4 GB of RAM and the same number of cores. The Xiaomi Poco M3 shoots better photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video definition, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also has a larger diafragm aperture for better low-light photos and a back facing camera with way more mega pixels.
The Xiaomi Mi Max features a greater storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits 256 GB smaller, it also counts with 64 GB more internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Poco M3 has greater battery duration than Xiaomi Mi Max, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4850mAh.
