Xiaomi Poco F3 is much better than the Xiaomi Poco M3, with an 87.3 score against 78.2. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but Xiaomi Poco F3 has newer 11 version and Xiaomi Poco M3 has Android 10 version, so it counts with a lot of extra features and a performance increase. The Xiaomi Poco F3 is a somewhat thinner and just a bit lighter cellphone than Xiaomi Poco M3, although they were released only a couple months apart.
The Xiaomi Poco F3 features a bit better CPU than Xiaomi Poco M3, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xiaomi Poco F3 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
