Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a global score of 81.1, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Poco M3's score of 78.2. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro's body is just a little bit heavier but a little bit thinner than Xiaomi Poco M3, and both were released only a few months apart. Both of these phones use the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't see any differences regarding that.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a bit more powerful processor than Xiaomi Poco M3, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Xiaomi Poco M3 and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro both count with quite similar displays, because although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a little bit lower pixels count per inch of screen, it also counts with a bit higher 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a little larger screen.

Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Xiaomi Poco M3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Poco M3. If you want to save some money, you can get Xiaomi Poco M3, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your savings.
