Comparison review
Galaxy Note8 is slightly better than the Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro 5G, having an 83 score against 81.5. The Galaxy Note8 has the same thickness and weight than Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro 5G. Both phones in this review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note8 has 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro 5G has Android 11.
The Galaxy Note8 features a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro 5G, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2960px resolution and a better display density. The Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro 5G counts with a way bigger storage for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note8, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro 5G also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 1 TB.
Galaxy Note8's processor is very similar to Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro 5G's processor, and although the Galaxy Note8 has a greater amount of RAM, they both have 8 processing cores. Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro 5G features a little bit better camera than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for low-light photos and video, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro 5G also counts with a lot more megapixels camera and better 60 fps video frame rate.
Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro 5G features a much better battery lifetime than Galaxy Note8, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
