The Motorola Edge 20 Pro is way better than the Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro, getting a 92.8 score against 72.6. Both phones in this review come with the same Android 12 OS. Although Motorola Edge 20 Pro and the Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro were only released with a couple of months difference, the Motorola Edge 20 Pro body is a bit heavier but also just a little bit thinner.
Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro features just a bit better screen than Motorola Edge 20 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2400, the Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro also counts with a quite higher display pixels density. The Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro features a bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola Edge 20 Pro, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
Motorola Edge 20 Pro features a lot better processing power than Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Motorola Edge 20 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM. The Motorola Edge 20 Pro features a way better camera than Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for low light captures, it also counts with a camera in the back with lot more mega pixels.
The Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro counts with a little longer battery life than Motorola Edge 20 Pro, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
