The Galaxy M12 is better than the Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro, having an 80 score against 72.6. The Galaxy M12 is an older, somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker phone than Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro. Both phones in this review work with Android OS, but Galaxy M12 has the previous 10 version and Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro has Android 12.
Galaxy M12 counts with a really superior hardware performance than Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores. Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro features an incredibly better looking display than Galaxy M12, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a lot more pixels per display inch.
Samsung Galaxy M12 captures clearer videos and photos than Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro, although it has a camera in the back with lot less mega pixels resolution and a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for low-light photos and videos. The Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro counts with more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy M12, and although they both have a SD card slot that supports up to 1 TB, the Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro also has 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Samsung Galaxy M12 has better battery performance than Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
