The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite is a little bit better than the Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro, with a 77.7 score against 72.6. Both devices in our current comparison use Android OS, but the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has a newer 8.1 Oreo version and Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro has Android 12 version. Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite's design is just a little bit thinner and just a little lighter than the Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro.
The Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro features a slightly better display than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has a quite higher amount of pixels in each inch in the screen, a bit higher 1080 x 2400px resolution and a little larger display. Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro counts with much more storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro also has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has a very superior processing unit than Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro. They have 8 CPU cores and a 6 GB RAM. Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro has a very superior battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3350mAh. The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi POCO M4 Pro, although it has a way worse 12 megapixels resolution back facing camera and a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for low-light images and video.
