Comparison review
LG G8S ThinQ is slightly better than Xiaomi Poco X2, getting a overall score of 82.5 against 79.3. Both devices in this comparison work with Android operating system, but LG G8S ThinQ has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Poco X2 has Android 11. The LG G8S ThinQ is a somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter device than the Xiaomi Poco X2, although both were released only a few months apart.
The LG G8S ThinQ features a bit better screen than Xiaomi Poco X2, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a bit lower 1080 x 2248 resolution, it also counts with a just a little better pixel density. LG G8S ThinQ features a much greater memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Poco X2, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The LG G8S ThinQ has a bit faster processing unit than Xiaomi Poco X2. They have 8 processing cores and 6 GB of RAM. Xiaomi Poco X2 features improved battery lifetime than LG G8S ThinQ, because it has a 27% larger battery size. The Xiaomi Poco X2 shoots way better videos and photos than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has lower 30 frames per second video frame rate and a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for low light photography and video, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Xiaomi Poco X2 also counts with a much higher resolution back facing camera.
