Xiaomi Poco X2 has a general score of 79.3, which is slightly better than Motorola Moto G8 Plus's 77.6 global score. Although the Xiaomi Poco X2 and Motorola Moto G8 Plus were only released 4 months apart, Xiaomi Poco X2's design is a bit thinner but also a bit heavier. Motorola Moto G8 Plus has a screen that's just as good as the Xiaomi Poco X2 one, because although the Motorola Moto G8 Plus has a quite smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels, it also counts with a quite better screen pixels density.
The Xiaomi Poco X2 has a bit better processing power than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Poco X2 also has a higher amount of RAM. Xiaomi Poco X2 counts with a bit better camera than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for shooting images and video in low-light environments, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Xiaomi Poco X2 also counts with a larger sensor providing a better image quality and a much higher resolution back facing camera.
Moto G8 Plus features a much better memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Poco X2, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Moto G8 Plus also has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Poco X2 features a little longer battery performance than Moto G8 Plus, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
