Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy A31 is just a bit better than Xiaomi Poco X2, with a general score of 81.3 against 79.3. Both phones in this review include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy A31 has older 10 version while Xiaomi Poco X2 has Android 11. The Samsung Galaxy A31 design is just a little thinner and lighter than Xiaomi Poco X2, although both were released with only 3 months difference.
Xiaomi Poco X2 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A31, and although they both have 8 cores, the Xiaomi Poco X2 also has 2 GB more RAM. Galaxy A31 counts with a little bit better looking display than Xiaomi Poco X2, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, the Galaxy A31 also counts with a little bit greater display density.
The Xiaomi Poco X2 features a much better camera than Galaxy A31, because it has a back camera with a much better resolution, a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a larger sensor shooting better quality photos and videos and a larger aperture for better low light photos and videos. The Galaxy A31 has a much bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Poco X2, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy A31 also has a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
Galaxy A31 has just a little bit longer battery performance than Xiaomi Poco X2, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
