Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Fold has a global score of 97.6, which is much better than Xiaomi Poco X2's 79.3 global score. Both phones in this review use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Fold has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Poco X2 has Android 11. The Samsung Galaxy Fold construction is way heavier but thinner than the Xiaomi Poco X2, and they were released only a couple of months apart.
Galaxy Fold counts with a little better performance than Xiaomi Poco X2, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy Fold also has a larger amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy Fold has a screen that is very similar to the Xiaomi Poco X2 one, because although the Samsung Galaxy Fold has a just a bit lower display pixel density, it also counts with a quite bigger screen and a little bit higher 1536 x 2152 pixels resolution.
Xiaomi Poco X2 takes better photographs and videos than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a way smaller aperture which is not nice for low light photos and videos and lower video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Xiaomi Poco X2 also counts with a much larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a way higher resolution back facing camera.
Samsung Galaxy Fold has a much better memory to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Poco X2, because it has 512 GB internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Poco X2 features a bit superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
