Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a general score of 85.3, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC's 81.6 global score. Even though Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is heavier than Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC, it's incredibly thinner and also newer. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has the newer 11 version while Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC has Android 10, so it counts with some extra features and increased performance.
Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a bit better processing unit than Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 also has 2 GB more RAM.
