Xperia 5 III has a general score of 90.5, which is better than the Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC's score of 81.6. The Xperia 5 III construction is lighter and somewhat thinner than the Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC, even when both of them were released only a few months apart. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia 5 III has the newer 11 version and Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC has Android 10, so it gives you a couple additional features.
Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC and Sony Xperia 5 III count with extremely similar displays, because although the Sony Xperia 5 III has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a little better pixel density and a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2520px. The Xperia 5 III has a bit better performance than Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 5 III also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
The Xperia 5 III counts with a much better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC, because it has an external memory slot that allows up to 1 TB and 256 GB internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC counts with a superior camera than Xperia 5 III, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not good for shooting images or video in low light situations and lower video frame rate, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and a 0.59 inches camera sensor, the Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC also counts with a much better 64 MP resolution camera in the back.
Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC has a bit better battery performance than Sony Xperia 5 III, because it has a 15 percent more battery capacity.
