Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is better than Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro, getting a general score of 98.1 against 83.4. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra construction is a little bit heavier but a little thinner than Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro, and they were released only 2 months apart. These phones include the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any difference regarding that.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a little better performance than Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also has 6 GB more RAM memory.
