Galaxy S25 Ultra is slightly better than the Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro, getting a 90.7 score against 83.4. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but the Galaxy S25 Ultra has a newer 14 version and Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro has Android 11, so it provides you a couple additional features and performance tweaks. Galaxy S25 Ultra is a thinner and a lot lighter cellphone than the Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro.
