The Galaxy M51 has a score of 87.7, which is better than the Xiaomi Poco X4 GT's 74.1 overall score. Both of these devices have Android OS, but Galaxy M51 has an older 10 version and Xiaomi Poco X4 GT has Android 12 version. Even being the best cellphone in this review, the Galaxy M51 is an older, a little thicker and a little bit heavier cellphone than Xiaomi Poco X4 GT.
The Galaxy M51 has a little bit better looking display than Xiaomi Poco X4 GT, because although it has a just a bit worse pixels count in each display inch and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2340, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen. Galaxy M51 features a much faster processing unit than Xiaomi Poco X4 GT, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
Galaxy M51 captures way better photos and videos than Xiaomi Poco X4 GT, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the same resolution camera in the back and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy M51 also has a way larger back camera sensor providing a much higher image quality and a bigger camera aperture.
Samsung Galaxy M51 features a much better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Poco X4 GT, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy M51 also has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy M51 counts with a very superior battery duration than Xiaomi Poco X4 GT, because it has a 38% greater battery size.
