Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is much better than the Xiaomi Poco X4 GT's 74.1 overall score. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the newer 13 version and Xiaomi Poco X4 GT has Android 12. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a just a little bit heavier phone than Xiaomi Poco X4 GT, but both are 0.35inches thick.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a brighter screen than Xiaomi Poco X4 GT, because it has a better display density, a bit larger screen and a better 1440 x 3200 resolution.
