The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Poco X4 GT, getting a general score of 77.5 against 74.1. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 body is thinner than the Xiaomi Poco X4 GT, although it's a little heavier and was released many years before. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Poco X4 GT, although it has a little smaller screen, a little bit inferior pixels quantity in each inch of screen and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features a much better performing processing unit than Xiaomi Poco X4 GT, although it has 4 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Xiaomi Poco X4 GT has a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has a way smaller camera sensor giving a much worse image quality, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Xiaomi Poco X4 GT also counts with a back-facing camera with a way higher 64 mega pixels resolution and a larger aperture for better images in poorly lited environments.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 counts with a very superior storage to install applications and games than Xiaomi Poco X4 GT, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 also has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 128 GB. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a little better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Poco X4 GT, because it has a 5300mAh battery size instead of 5080mAh.
