Comparison review
The Asus ZenFone 8 is slightly better than the Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G, with an 83 score against 76.7. The Asus ZenFone 8 body is lighter than Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G, although it's just a little bit thicker and was released about 10 months before. Both phones in this review have Android OS (operating system), but the Asus ZenFone 8 has the older 11 version and Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G has Android 12 version.
The Asus ZenFone 8 counts with a slightly better looking screen than Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G, because although it has less brightness and a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same resolution of 1080 x 2400, the Asus ZenFone 8 also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch of screen.
The Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G has a way bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Asus ZenFone 8, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G also has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB. Asus ZenFone 8 has a much more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G. They have the same number of cores and a 6 GB RAM memory.
The Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G counts with improved battery performance than Asus ZenFone 8, because it has a 25 percent greater battery capacity. Asus ZenFone 8 counts with a greater camera than Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G, because although it has a back camera with lot less mega pixels, it also counts with a larger aperture to capture better photography in poorly lited environments.
