The Asus ZenFone 8 Flip is better than Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G, getting a overall score of 85.5 against 76.7. Both devices in this comparison use Android OS (operating system), but the Asus ZenFone 8 Flip has 11 version while Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G has Android 12.
