The Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G has a general score of 76.7, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro's 75.8 general score. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but the Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G has 12 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
