Galaxy S6 has a global score of 87.3, which is way better than Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime's global score of 62.8. These devices use Android operating system, but Galaxy S6 has 5.0 version and Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime has Android 4.4.4, so it gives you some extra features and a performance increase. The Galaxy S6 construction is extremely thinner but just a bit heavier than Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime, and both of them were released with only 4 months difference.
Galaxy S6 counts with an incredibly better screen than Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime, because it has a quite larger screen, a lot more pixels per inch of display and a lot higher resolution of 2560 x 1440.
