The Google Pixel 4a 5G has an overall score of 87.5, which is a lot better than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime's score of 71.7. These phones include Android operating system, but the Google Pixel 4a 5G has 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Even though the Google Pixel 4a 5G is a little bit heavier than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, it's a bit thinner and also much newer.
Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime and Google Pixel 4a 5G count with incredibly similar displays, because although the Google Pixel 4a 5G has a little worse screen density, it also counts with a little higher 1080 x 2340 resolution and a larger display. Google Pixel 4a 5G has a bit superior CPU than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Google Pixel 4a 5G also has 3 GB more RAM.
Google Pixel 4a 5G counts with a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime counts with a little longer battery lifetime than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because it has 4100mAh of battery capacity.

So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Google Pixel 4a 5G, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, letting go a couple features and specifications.
