Comparison review
The HTC U11 is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, with a 77.6 score against 71.7. The HTC U11 body is a bit heavier but somewhat thinner than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and both were released only 6 months apart. The HTC U11 features a bit superior CPU than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and although they both have 8 cores, the HTC U11 also has 1 GB more RAM.
HTC U11 has a slightly better display than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a little bit bigger screen, a little higher pixel density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px. The HTC U11 counts with a much better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and although they both have a SD card slot that admits up to 128 GB, the HTC U11 also has more internal memory capacity.
The Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime counts with a much better battery lifetime than HTC U11, because it has a 37 percent bigger battery capacity. The HTC U11 shoots better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because although it has a lower resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a way larger camera aperture and a way higher (4K) video quality.
Although HTC U11 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy HTC U11, else you can save some dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, giving up a couple features and specifications.
