Comparison review
The Huawei P40 has an overall score of 86.4, which is a lot better than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime's 71.7 overall score. Huawei P40's body is newer and just a little thinner, but also heavier than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei P40 has the previous 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The Huawei P40 has a bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P40 also has more RAM. The Huawei P40 has a little sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because although it has a just a little lower pixels density, it also counts with a larger display and a bit higher 1080 x 2340 resolution.
Huawei P40 counts with a way bigger memory to install games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. The Huawei P40 features a much better camera than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a much more megapixels back camera, a larger aperture and a lot better 3840x2160 video quality.
Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime has just a little bit longer battery duration than Huawei P40, because it has an 8% larger battery size.
The Huawei P40 is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
