LG Q8 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, having a 77.2 score against 71.7. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but LG Q8 has a more recent 7.0 Nougat version while Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
