Comparison review
LG V30S ThinQ is much better than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, having a score of 82.5 against 71.7. LG V30S ThinQ's body is newer and somewhat thinner, but just a bit heavier than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime. Both devices in this review come with Android OS, but LG V30S ThinQ has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version while Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime has Android 6.0 Marshmallow, providing lots of additional features and performance improvements.
The LG V30S ThinQ features a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a bigger display, a just a bit higher quantity of pixels in each inch of display and a much better 1440 x 2880px resolution. LG V30S ThinQ has a lot bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB and more internal storage.
LG V30S ThinQ counts with a bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG V30S ThinQ also has 3 GB more RAM memory. The LG V30S ThinQ features a better camera than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a lot higher 3840x2160 video resolution, a way bigger camera aperture for better images and video in poorly lited situations and a better resolution back camera.
Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime counts with greater battery life than LG V30S ThinQ, because it has a 4100mAh battery capacity.
Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy LG V30S ThinQ, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, letting go a couple features and specifications.
