OnePlus 8 Pro has a general score of 77.2, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime's 71.7 global score. OnePlus 8 Pro is a way newer and just a bit thinner device than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, although it's noticeably heavier. The OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a brighter display than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a lot bigger screen, a just a little better pixels count in each inch of display and a way better 1440 x 3168 pixels resolution.
OnePlus 8 Pro has a much better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. OnePlus 8 Pro features a bit better CPU than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has 5 GB more RAM memory.
OnePlus 8 Pro shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a much more MP back camera, a bigger camera aperture to take better photos and videos in low light environments and a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality. The OnePlus 8 Pro has a bit longer battery life than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a 4510mAh battery capacity.
Although OnePlus 8 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the OnePlus 8 Pro, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, letting go a couple features and specifications.
