OnePlus 8 UW has an overall score of 75.9, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime's general score of 71.7. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but the OnePlus 8 UW has an older 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. OnePlus 8 UW is a way newer and thinner phone than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, although it is heavier.
The OnePlus 8 UW has a bit superior processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a higher amount of RAM memory. OnePlus 8 UW has a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because although it has a just a little less pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a bigger screen.
The OnePlus 8 UW counts with a lot better camera than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a lot better video definition, a larger camera aperture to capture better captures and videos in poorly lited situations and a camera with a much higher resolution. OnePlus 8 UW has a superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
OnePlus 8 UW counts with a bit better battery duration than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity instead of 4100mAh.
Although OnePlus 8 UW is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, letting go a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
