Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Fold is a lot better than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, with a global score of 97.6 against 71.7. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Fold has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version, giving you a couple nice extra features and performance optimizations. The Samsung Galaxy Fold is a much newer and way thinner phone than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, although it's heavier.
The Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime features a slightly better display than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a much smaller display and a way worse 1080 x 1920 resolution, it also counts with a quite higher count of pixels per inch of display. The Galaxy Fold features a little better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy Fold also has 9 GB more RAM memory.
Galaxy Fold features a superior camera than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because although it has a camera in the back with a worse resolution, it also counts with a lot bigger aperture to take better captures and video in poorly lited situations and a lot higher 3840x2160 video definition. Galaxy Fold features a superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage.
Samsung Galaxy Fold counts with just a little better battery duration than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a 4380mAh battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Fold is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, letting go some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
