The Galaxy M12 is much better than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, with an 80 score against 71.7. These phones include Android OS, but the Galaxy M12 has 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Galaxy M12 is a much newer device than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, but it is incredibly heavier and a little bit thicker.
The Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime features a much better screen than Galaxy M12, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher display density and a better 1080 x 1920 resolution. The Galaxy M12 counts with much more storage capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has 32 GB more internal memory and a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB.
The Samsung Galaxy M12 features a CPU that is just as good as Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime's CPU, and although the Samsung Galaxy M12 has more RAM memory, they both have 8 cores. Samsung Galaxy M12 counts with a much better camera than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy M12 also has a camera in the back with a way better resolution and a larger diafragm aperture to capture better photos and videos in low light situations.
The Samsung Galaxy M12 features a much better battery performance than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a 6000mAh battery size.
