Galaxy S6 Active is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, getting a general score of 80.9 against 71.7. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S6 Active has older 5.0 version and Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Galaxy S6 Active counts with a much more vibrant screen than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a little bit larger screen, a higher number of pixels per inch of screen and a better 2560 x 1440 resolution.
The Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime counts with much more storage to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active. They have exactly the same internal storage. The Galaxy S6 Active has a quite superior hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and although they both have a 3 GB RAM memory and 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy S6 Active also has an additional graphics processor and a 64-bit processor.
The Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime counts with greater battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because it has 4100mAh of battery capacity. Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime features a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, although it has a tinier aperture, a way worse (Full HD) video quality and a back-facing camera with a worse resolution.
The Galaxy S6 Active is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
