Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active has a global score of 81.9, which is better than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime's 71.7 score. Even though Samsung Galaxy S8 Active is newer than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, it's thicker and incredibly heavier. The Galaxy S8 Active has a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a way higher 1440 x 2960 resolution, a bigger screen and a better display pixel density.
The Galaxy S8 Active features a little faster CPU than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S8 Active also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Galaxy S8 Active features a much bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has 64 GB internal memory and a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 256 GB.
The Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime has just a bit better battery duration than Galaxy S8 Active, because it has 4100mAh of battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy S8 Active takes much better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because although it has a lower resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a much bigger aperture.
The Galaxy S8 Active is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
