The Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a general score of 80.1, which is better than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime's global score of 71.7. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a newer 8.0 Oreo version and Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version, so it provides you a lot of extra features. Even though the Galaxy XCover FieldPro is noticeably newer than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, it is noticeably thicker and much heavier.

Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with a bit superior CPU than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro also has more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a greater pixel number in each inch of screen, a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a quite bigger screen.

Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime counts with a little bit better camera than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a much tinier aperture which is not recommended for shooting images or video in low light environments, and they both have the same (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime also counts with a higher 13 mega-pixels resolution camera.

The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a much greater storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has more internal memory and a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 512 GB. Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with a bit better battery duration than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.

Although Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy XCover FieldPro, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, letting go some specs and features.
