Comparison review
Xperia Z4v is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, with a 78.8 score against 71.7. Both devices in this review include Android OS (operating system), but Xperia Z4v has the previous 5.1 version and Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Xperia Z4v is an older and a little heavier cellphone than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, but Sony managed to build it a bit thinner anyway.
Sony Xperia Z4v counts with a little bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and although they both have 3 GB of RAM memory and a Octa-Core processing unit, the Sony Xperia Z4v also has an extra graphics processor. The Xperia Z4v has a much better display than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a bit larger display, a better screen pixels density and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution.
Sony Xperia Z4v shoots much clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a lot more megapixels back facing camera, a much better (4K) video definition and a bigger aperture for better low light images and video. Xperia Z4v has as much memory capacity for apps and games as Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, both have equal internal storage capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 128 GB.
The Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime has a very superior battery performance than Sony Xperia Z4v, because it has a 4100mAh battery capacity.
Although Xperia Z4v is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Xperia Z4v, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, letting go a couple features and specs.
