The Xiaomi Mi 8 has an overall score of 83.3, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime's 71.7 global score. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Mi 8 has an older 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. Even though the Xiaomi Mi 8 is heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, it's thinner and newer.
Xiaomi Mi 8 features a bit faster processor than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi 8 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
