The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is a lot better than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, with an 88.9 score against 71.7. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has an older 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha design is extremely newer, but heavier and somewhat thicker than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime.
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha counts with a bit better CPU than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha also has 9 GB more RAM memory. Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a screen that is just as good as the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime one, because although the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a little bit worse pixel amount in each inch in the display, it also counts with a much bigger display and a lot higher 2088 x 2250 pixels resolution.

Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha counts with a much better camera than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a lot higher resolution camera in the back, a lot larger diafragm aperture for better low-light photos and video and a way higher video definition.
