Xiaomi Note 7 Pro is much better than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, with an 80.5 score against 71.7. Xiaomi Note 7 Pro's body is way newer and just a little thinner, but somewhat heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro features a bit better processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro also has 3 GB more RAM memory.
