The Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi 6, because it has a bigger screen, more pixels per screen inch and a way higher 1080 x 2340 resolution. Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with a bit bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi 6, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
Xiaomi Poco M3 and Xiaomi Redmi 6 both count with very similar CPUs, both of them have a Octa-Core CPU and a 4 GB RAM. The Xiaomi Poco M3 has a lot better camera than Xiaomi Redmi 6, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also has a bigger diafragm aperture for better photography and video in low-light environments and a back camera with way more MP.
