Comparison review
The Xiaomi Poco M3 is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi 9, with a score of 78.2 against 71.3. The Xiaomi Poco M3 is a just a little thicker phone than Xiaomi Redmi 9, but both weight 6.98oz. Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with Android 10 OS, and Xiaomi Redmi 9 has Android OS. The Xiaomi Poco M3's processing unit is just as good as the Xiaomi Redmi 9 one, and although the Xiaomi Poco M3 has a greater amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cores.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 and Xiaomi Redmi 9 have very similar displays, they have the same exact resolution of 1080 x 2340, a display of the same size and a better pixels count in each inch in the screen. Xiaomi Poco M3 captures much clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi 9, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also has a larger aperture for better low light images and videos and a camera in the back with much more mega pixels.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with a superior memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi 9, because it has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB and more internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Poco M3 features improved battery lifetime than Xiaomi Redmi 9, because it has a 20% more battery size.
