The Galaxy S4 has an overall score of 76.1, which is better than the Xiaomi Redmi 9A's overall score of 68.2. The Galaxy S4 design is way lighter and somewhat thinner than Xiaomi Redmi 9A, even though it was released many years before. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S4 has the newer 4.4.2 version while Xiaomi Redmi 9A has Android 10 version, counting with a couple nice extra features.
Galaxy S4 counts with a much more vibrant screen than Xiaomi Redmi 9A, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a way better pixel count per inch in the display. Samsung Galaxy S4 has a slightly better memory capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi 9A, because although it has just 16 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory slot that supports up to 64 GB.
Xiaomi Redmi 9A and Galaxy S4 both have extremely similar CPUs, because although the Galaxy S4 has an inferior number of cores, and they both have a 2 GB RAM, it also counts with a GPU. Xiaomi Redmi 9A counts with a much better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 2600mAh.
Galaxy S4 shoots much better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Redmi 9A, although it has slower video frame rate, they both have the same video resolution and a camera with a 13 mega-pixels resolution.
The Galaxy S4 is a bit more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi 9A, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
