Xiaomi Redmi 9T is a little bit better than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), getting a score of 78.2 against 77.4. The Xiaomi Redmi 9T body is much newer than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2)'s, but it's somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier. Both devices in this review come with Android OS, but Xiaomi Redmi 9T has the older 10 version and Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, because although it has a bit smaller display and a little bit worse 1080 x 2280px resolution, it also counts with a little bit better pixels density. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has a much greater memory to install applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, because it has 64 GB more internal storage and a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) counts with a bit faster CPU than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, and although they both have 8 cores, the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Xiaomi Redmi 9T takes better pictures and videos than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), and although they both have the same video definition, the same diafragm aperture and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi 9T also has a way bigger sensor and a camera in the back with a lot higher resolution.
Xiaomi Redmi 9T has greater battery performance than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because it has a 20 percent larger battery size.
