Galaxy S5 has a general score of 80.8, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi 9T's 78.2 global score. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S5 has 4.4.2 version and Xiaomi Redmi 9T has Android 10 version, so it provides the user a couple additional features and better performance. The Galaxy S5 design is much lighter and somewhat thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi 9T, although it was released many years before.
Galaxy S5 features a much better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a much smaller display, it also counts with a better pixel density. The Xiaomi Redmi 9T features a much bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S5, because it has a SD memory slot that allows up to 512 GB and 64 GB internal storage.
The Galaxy S5 features a little bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, because although it has less processing cores and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an extra GPU. The Xiaomi Redmi 9T captures a little bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi 9T also has a larger diafragm aperture to take better images and video in low-light situations, a way larger camera sensor capturing lot better quality photographs and a lot better 48 mega pixels resolution camera.
The Xiaomi Redmi 9T has a way better battery life than Galaxy S5, because it has a 114% larger battery capacity.
